Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in Mason, MI is seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks to join partner manufacturers. You will receive, inspect, document incoming materials, prepare outgoing shipments, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing, forklift certification, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification and safe operation required.
• Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory management and transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and finished goods.
• Prepare and package outgoing products with proper labeling and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain organized inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Verify shipping/receiving documents against inventory and resolve discrepancies.
