Job summary

Vertiv in Anderson, SC is seeking a warehouse associate to support the Service business by handling outbound shipments, pulling, packing and shipping parts according to customer orders.

You will coordinate routings, packing slips, bill of lading and serial documents, maintain tracking in SAP, and ensure accurate stock levels.

The role requires HS diploma or GED, 1–3 years stockroom experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years stockroom experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong decision making and organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Tow Motor Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Visual inspection of incoming parts and inventory placement.
• Report discrepancies.
• Verify bill of lading, stock locations, quantities and part numbers.
• Package, prepare and load orders from stockroom.
• Pull, bag, and label stock for orders.
• Generate daily picking/shipping orders (deliveries, van stock, kits, transports, Field Service).
• Create picking and shipping labels.
• Process orders through portals and carriers (Vertiv portal, UPS, FedEx).
• Process RMAs from customers.
• Manage freight claims in database.
• Prepare international documentation for all international orders.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile stock.
• Create parts kits.
• Identify stock shortages.
• Adhere to safety policies.
