Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the Service business by pulling, packing and shipping parts. The role coordinates outbound shipments, creates labels, and tracks orders in SAP.

Responsibilities include inspecting inbound parts, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring accurate stock locations, quantities, and part numbers. Heavy lifting and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in stockroom or warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to use SAP and MS Office for data entry and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming parts and place in inventory.
• Report discrepancies in stock.
• Package and load orders from stockroom.
• Pull, bag, label and prepare stock for orders.
• Create picking and shipping labels for orders.
• Process orders through customer portals and carriers.
• Handle customer RMAs and freight claims.
• Prepare international shipping documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and verify stock details.
