Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a warehouse associate to support the service business by pulling, packing and shipping parts for customer orders. You will coordinate routings, packing slips, bills of lading, and serial documents while tracking in SAP.

This role also involves handling RMAs, creating labels, and processing orders through Vertiv portals, UPS and FedEx. Responsibilities include visual inspection, stock verification, cycle counts, and ensuring safety practices are followed in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in stockroom or warehouse operations preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office for inventory and shipping tasks.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Support outbound shipments: pull, pack, ship parts for customer orders.
• Coordinate routings, packing slips, bills of lading, and serial documents.
• Verify stock numbers, locations, and quantities; manage tracking in SAP.
• Create picking and shipping labels; process orders through portals; handle RMAs.
• Perform cycle counts and identify discrepancies; ensure safety measures.
