Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support outbound operations in Anderson, SC. You will pull, pack, and ship parts for customer orders, manage routings and packing slips, and maintain accurate shipment documentation in SAP.

This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely processing in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include inventory checks, label creation, RMAs, freight claims, and domestic/international documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of stockroom experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to utilize SAP.
• Demonstrated skills in decision making, organization.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Positive attitude and able to work in a team environment.
• Computer literate with typing skills for written communications.
• Tow Motor Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Visual inspection of incoming parts and placing into inventory.
• Reporting of discrepancies.
• Verify bill of lading, stock locations, quantities and part numbers and store-received stock.
• Package, prepare and load orders from the stockroom.
• Pull, bag, and label stock for orders.
• Generate picking and shipping labels for all orders.
• Process orders through customer portals, Vertiv portal, UPS and FedEx.
• Process all RMAs from customers.
• Manage Freight Claims in Database.
• Prepare Intl Documentation for all Intl Orders.
• Perform cycle counts and verify stock numbers and locations.
• Create parts kits.
• Identify stock shortages.
• Maintain safety standards in all duties.
