Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a warehouse Stockroom Associate to support the Service business by pulling, packing, and shipping parts for customer orders. You will coordinate outbound shipments, manage routing and packing slips, and track all documents in SAP.

The role involves routine cycle counts, labeling, and processing RMAs, with an emphasis on accuracy and safety in a dynamic warehouse environment. No sponsorship is offered for work authorization.

Qualifications

• Stockroom experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use SAP and basic MS Office.
• Strong organization and decision-making skills.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Visual inspection of incoming parts and proper placement into inventory.
• Verify bills of lading, stock locations, quantities and part numbers.
• Package, prepare and load orders from the stockroom.
• Create picking and shipping labels for all orders.
