Qualifications

• 2+ years clerical office/customer service experience required.
• Prior SAP experience is a plus.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; data entry skills essential.
• Bilingual strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments and receipts, auditing and inventory counts.
• Track, trace, and update status of shipments.
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests professionally.
• Set up and maintain files for customer stored materials.
• Verify documents in all computer systems and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with logistics team and provide backup support as needed.
• Regular attendance, overtime during peak season, and some Saturdays.
