Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, unload, verify shipments, and handle shipping/receiving paperwork with accuracy.

You will check quantities, update records, and maintain clear communication with drivers, customers, and team members in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role emphasizes safety, food safety/quality adherence, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn shipping systems and participate in onboarding new associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use shipping systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, verify shipments according to procedures.
• Prepare, review, and file shipping/receiving paperwork.
• Check quantities and condition against documents.
• Enter and maintain shipping, receiving, inventory records.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, and team.
• Follow work instructions to meet daily accuracy.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers, drivers, visitors.
• Monitor dock schedules and update dock boards.
• Support onboarding of new associates with standard practices.
• Follow security procedures and report unusual activity.
• Work safely and report unsafe conditions.
• Keep area clean and hazard-free.
• Follow food safety/quality guidelines.
• Report food safety or quality concerns.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
