Job summary

MSI Express, INC is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, unload, verify shipments, and prepare shipping/receiving paperwork. You will inspect quantities, update records, and communicate with drivers and customers while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow standard procedures, assist onboarding, and support dock scheduling with a focus on food safety practices and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify shipments according to established warehouse procedures.
• Prepare, review, and file shipping and receiving paperwork accurately.
• Check product quantities and condition against packing slips and delivery documents.
• Enter and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records as required.
• Communicate respectfully with drivers, carriers, customers, and team members regarding deliveries and pickups.
• Follow assigned work instructions to meet daily accuracy and productivity expectations.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers, drivers, and visitors as needed.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards in line with housekeeping standards.
• Follow food safety and quality guidelines relevant to daily job duties.
• Report food safety or quality concerns to appropriate personnel when observed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
