Qualifications

• Proficiency with inventory software and standard office tools (spreadsheets and word processing).
• Ability to read shipping lists and count stock; attention to accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Sorts, identifies, and counts stock; verifies against shipping lists and control records.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Receives and counts incoming parts/material; checks for certification and required paperwork.
• Examines stock and distributes materials in inventory as required.
• Prepares and maintains records of merchandise to be shipped.
• Requisitions and stores materials to maintain stock.
• Follow government specifications in packaging and routing.
• Pulls and issues components for assembly routers.
• Maintains accurate records of blank stock and components.
• Stocks blank parts for future routers.
• Stocks customer returns; verifies count and part number.
• Takes physical inventory of finished goods; issues parts for assembly routers; verifies records.
• Other duties may be assigned.
