Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify shipments following warehouse procedures.
• Assist with preparing, reviewing, and filing shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Check product quantities and conditions against packing slips and delivery documents.
• Enter and maintain basic shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Communicate respectfully with drivers, carriers, customers, and team members.
• Follow work instructions to meet daily accuracy and productivity targets.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers, drivers, and visitors as needed.
• Help monitor dock schedules and update dock boards under supervision.
• Support onboarding of new associates with standard practices.
• Follow facility security procedures and report unusual activity.
• Perform work safely and report hazards to a supervisor promptly.
• Keep the work area clean and free of hazards according to housekeeping standards.
• Follow food safety and quality guidelines relevant to daily duties.
• Report food safety or quality concerns when observed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
