Job summary

RRD Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Packaging Specialist to support daily shipping/receiving activities. You will handle materials movement, packing, loading, and handling finished products for FedEx/UPS shipments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer specs and SLAs.

The role runs 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with an hourly pay between 19 and 22.22. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, 3+ years in shipping/manufacturing, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in shipping/manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of information systems for tracking, storage and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate safety-compliant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist shipping/receiving of materials, supplies, and finished products.
• Prepare bills of lading and attach shipping instructions.
• Receive and verify materials against documents; maintain records.
• Load and unload using material handling equipment; stage materials.
• Coordinate load planning and communicate with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process procedures.
• Maintain organized files and documentation; support production teams.
• Assist management with training, safety, and special projects.
