Responsibilities

Prepare and process all outbound shipments, including labeling, packaging, and creating shipping documentation.
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, components, and finished goods, verifying against purchase orders.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely.
Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficient material flow.
Coordinate with production, quality, and purchasing departments to ensure timely movement of materials and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain shipping logs, receiving reports, and other documentation as required.
