Job summary

UFP Grandview, LLC is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping paperwork, and review incoming material paperwork. The role requires DOT knowledge, order routing, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months shipping and receiving experience.
• Basic DOT regulatory knowledge and paperwork accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook for tracking.
• Forklift licensing/certification must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule outbound loads with sales and production.
• Verify shipping documents and record discrepancies.
• Set up loads with outside freight carriers and routing.
• Ensure paperwork meets DOT regs and company procedures.
• Maintain shipment records and follow up on shortages.
• Assist with loading/unloading material as needed.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
