Belcan in Irvine, CA is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to support the Shipping and Receiving Team with coordinating activities and creating shipping documentation for external customers or other facilities.

You will verify inbound and outbound shipments, prepare packing lists, bills of lading, and address labels, coordinate outbound freight, audit exports, and confirm delivery in the business system, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with shipping/receiving processes and inventory control.
• Ability to communicate with internal teams and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Create packing lists, bills of lading, and labels for outbound shipments.
• Ensure inventories are secure and accessible to authorized personnel.
• Coordinate outbound freight and audit export shipments.
• Confirm delivery in the business system.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams on traffic, logistics, and contracts.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Regular attendance and flexibility for nights/weekends as needed.
