Job summary

RRD Company in West Bend, WI, seeks a Packaging Specialist to assist in daily shipping activities. You will move materials, receive and ship finished goods, and ensure accuracy with carrier documents. The shift is 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with hourly pay between $19 and $22.22.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and at least 3 years in shipping/manufacturing support, plus strong computer skills and safety awareness. Forklift operation and physical lifting are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in shipping/operational support.
• Knowledge of materials tracking and inventory control systems.
• Strong computer and software skills.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication.
• Organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ship/receive materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products.
• Prepare bills of lading and packing for shipment.
• Receive materials; unload trucks and verify against documents.
• Support manufacturing with standard procedures and records preparation.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of goods received and shipped.
• Coordinate with customers and carriers to meet delivery timelines.
