• Pick, verify, and prepare outbound orders based on system-generated tasks.
• Package materials using approved methods and labeling standards.
• Generate shipping documents, apply carrier labels, and stage shipments for pickup.
• Complete outbound confirmations, shipment postings, and documentation in the enterprise system.
• Interface with carriers, drivers, and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch.
• Inspect outbound materials for accuracy, damage, and documentation completeness; follow safety and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements via Lean practices.
