Job summary

Mission Critical Group in Mississippi is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to help ensure timely intake and dispatch of parts and supplies. You will receive deliveries, prepare orders for shipping, and support colleagues to keep high-quality electrical products moving to customers.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A forklift certificate is a plus and workplace safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or related area.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required (we can help you get certified).
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn our systems.
• Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs and performing hands-on work.
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify accuracy.
• Pack and ship completed orders to customers.
• Move materials to the appropriate departments using a forklift.
• Assist with simple cycle counts to track inventory.
• Keep records up to date in our computer system.
• Communicate with other teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Support a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
