Responsibilities

• Process inbound receipts and outbound shipments in accordance with procedures and schedules.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, condition, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, labels, and shipment records.
• Coordinate dock appointments and carrier activity and communicate shipment status or delays.
• Complete transactions in the warehouse management or ERP system.
• Research and resolve routine shipment, documentation, and inventory discrepancies; escalate issues.
• Maintain organized records and support audits, claims, returns, and compliance.
• Follow safety, security, quality, and housekeeping standards.
