Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in shipping, receiving or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with FDA and ISO 13485 regulations desirable.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GDP procedures and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase requirements.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments per regulatory standards (IATA where applicable).
• Coordinate shipment schedules with customers, carriers, and international departments.
• Perform inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, issues, and adjustments in the ERP system.
• Assist in maintaining GDP compliance and warehouse SOPs.
