Job summary

TransMedics, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to manage daily inbound receipts and outbound shipments, support production flow, and ensure inventory accuracy in a regulated environment.

You will log transactions in ERP, prepare labels, perform cycle counts, uphold GMP/ISO compliance, and collaborate across teams to resolve shortages and optimize material handling in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehouse or stockroom experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Generate product labels and log transactions into ERP.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure outbound shipments are packed and labeled securely.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory controls.
• Maintain organization of work area and dock.
• Communicate shortages or discrepancies to teams.
• Support continuous improvement in material handling and reporting.
• Comply with safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
• Perform other tasks as required.
