Job summary

Astronautics Corporation of America in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, seeks a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage end-to-end receiving and shipping operations from our headquarters. You will unload, verify, and process parts and materials, drive a forklift, and ensure accurate documentation for domestic, government, and international shipments.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure deliveries are accurate, compliant, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• US person as defined by U.S. export regulations.
• Minimum High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one year of shipping and/or receiving experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Proficient computer skills including ability to learn and operate multiple software applications.
• Ability to accurately prepare shipping documentation with attention to detail.
• Must be able to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must have forklift experience.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read and verify pick lists, packing lists, and invoices.
• Unload packages from trucks and verify information and paperwork.
• Enter shipment details into ERP systems and customer portals.
• Drive forklift to unload skids or supplier material and place items on pallet racking.
• Prepare domestic, government, and international shipments and required documentation.
• Create and process shipments using ERP and shipping software (FedEx/UPS).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure shipments are accurate and on schedule.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities as needed.
