Job summary

RRD in West Bend, Wisconsin is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Associate to support daily shipping activities. You will assist with materials movement, packing, loading, verification of shipments, and carrier coordination to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires compliance with safety, quality standards, and customer specifications. You will operate forklifts, maintain records, and communicate with customers and suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative/operational support in shipping/manufacturing operations.
• General knowledge of information systems used for materials tracking and reporting.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use standard software.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties for materials, supplies, equipment and finished products.
• Prepare bills of lading and packing for shipment.
• Inspect shipments against documents and ensure accuracy.
• Operate material handling equipment to stage materials for loading.
• Maintain files and documentation and ensure safety/compliance.
