Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing, are proficient with forklifts and pallet jacks, and have experience with inventory software and ERP systems. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–3 years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and creating shipping documents.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Organize and store raw materials, finished goods, and supplies in designated warehouse locations.
Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement departments regarding material flow and discrepancies.
Load and unload trucks, verifying freight against shipping manifests.
