Veolia Group in Woodridge, Illinois, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support Warehouse Operations in a fast-paced environment. You will execute daily shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and organization.

This hands-on role balances physical warehouse duties with ERP-based order processing and shipment activities. Requirements include a High School Diploma, prior warehouse experience, and current stand-up reach truck forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Current stand-up reach truck forklift certification with hands-on operating experience.
• Experience with picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Experience navigating ERP or warehouse systems to support order processing and shipment activities.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments and create shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, or similar systems).
• Operate a stand-up reach truck forklift to move, load, and organize inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials.
• Update and maintain order and shipment information within ERP or warehouse systems to support accurate fulfillment and tracking.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safe working conditions.
• Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety standards.
