Job summary

Veolia in Woodridge, Illinois, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The role combines physical packing and loading with system-based order processing to ensure accurate fulfillment and efficient shipments.

The candidate will handle picking, packing, and staging, prepare shipments, and maintain inventory records in ERP. A current forklift certification and experience with warehouse systems are required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and move materials up to 45 lbs and remain on your feet through shifts.
• Proficient with ERP/WMS to support order processing and shipment activities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Skilled in operating a stand-up reach truck forklift.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments and create shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, or similar).
• Operate a stand-up reach truck forklift to move, load, and organize inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials; support inventory tasks.
• Update and maintain order/shipment information in ERP/warehouse systems for accurate fulfillment.
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety per OSHA standards.
