The role involves following SOPs and safety standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting with fulfillment activities as business needs require.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related training in shipping/warehousing is a plus.
• Up to 3 months of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately process documents and data entries.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents, product labels, and records for timely customer shipments.
• Verify finished goods, packaging, and labeling per specs and internal requirements.
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Manage finished goods inventory and overstock to maintain accuracy and warehouse organization.
• Receive deliveries, inspect documentation, and process receipts per procedures.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and fulfillment activities as needed.
• Support inventory counts, sample requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
