You’ll coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, operate forklifts, and work closely with production and logistics teams to meet daily customer needs.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.

Qualifications

• Physical lifting up to 70 lbs and equipment handling.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills required.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and shipment docs.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or industrial settings.
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute shipping, receiving, labeling, packaging, and material handling to meet daily customer requirements.
• Process inbound receipts and outbound shipments in SAP on the same day deliveries occur.
• Prepare, stage, and verify materials using schedules, POs, stock transfer reports, and pick lists.
• Provide accurate shipment documentation (Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis, packing slips, SDS, invoices).
• Safely operate forklifts and related material handling equipment.
• Load and unload bulk tankers and overseas containers using approved procedures.
• Receive returned products, coordinate quarantine staging, and document issues via SAP.
• Maintain accurate records, support 5S and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Comply with Responsible Care Management System, ISO 9001, and safety/environment procedures.
