Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school training is a plus.
• 2–3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using electronic tracking systems.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accurate shipping documents.
• Prepare bills of lading and related shipping paperwork.
• Verify incoming materials against packing slips, invoices, and shipping records.
• Maintain records of received and shipped materials.
• Report damaged goods, shortages, and shipping discrepancies.
• Route materials and deliveries to appropriate departments.
• Use barcode scanners and inventory systems to track shipments.
• Support material handling in warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain organized shipping and receiving records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely material movement.
• Perform additional warehouse and logistics duties as needed.
