Job summary

Vantage Apparel is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to manage the intake of customer-supplied items and the timely shipment of completed orders. You will verify packing slips, maintain receiving logs, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and high quality control.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and experience operating a forklift in a warehouse. Strong communication in English and physical stamina are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic math and able to accurately interpret labels and numerical data.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities efficiently and simultaneously.
• Must read, understand, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Match received goods to packing slip to ensure accuracy of quantities and product specs.
• Complete the receiving log in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure timely shipment of finished embroidered goods per customer requests and schedules.
• Prepare shipments by organizing physical goods and necessary shipping docs.
• Stage pallets, wrap/box goods, and label finished products for shipment.
• Perform other duties to support department needs.
