Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years in shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse, or related roles.
• Ability to read and understand shipping, packing, and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems and portals.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification through company-provided training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package products for shipment according to customer and regulatory requirements.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, inspect for damage, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Use ERP systems to track inventory and process shipments accurately.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight companies.
• Build, prepare, and load specialized shipping crates, including nuclear crates, using proper packaging methods and team-lift practices as required.
• Use customer portals, logistics platforms, and internal systems to process shipments, update records, and support order tracking.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations as required.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and create required documentation, including Certificates of Conformance (CofCs), export forms, and shipping related documents.
• Communicate with the Shipping and Receiving team and cross-functional partners to respond to customer order inquiries and provide updates on delivery status or product availability.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area in line with 5S standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
