You will receive and verify shipments, distribute to departments, process invoices, stock inventory, arrange carrier shipments, and maintain quality control.

Strong communication, organization, and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience or ability to learn.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive shipment and confirm accuracy.
• Distribute received goods to warehouse or department.
• Invoice receipts for inventory purposes.
• Pick, stock and restock inventory.
• Ship packages via UPS, FedEx and other carriers.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed.
• Assist with housekeeping and recycling duties.
• Support inventory activities including cycle counts and scanning.
• Coordinate with freight companies for best shipping solutions.
• Process freight bills, packing slips, and bills of lading.
