Pro Trans International in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist for our INDY DOCK facility. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6am–2:30pm with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour.

You will coordinate movement of customer materials through our service center network and ensure accurate data entry and reporting. Responsibilities include dispatching from local pickups to deliveries, serving as liaison between dock operations and customers, preparing inbound/outbound documentation,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of database software, internet software, inventory software, and spreadsheet/word processing tools.
• Experience with order processing systems is a plus.
• Strong data entry and reporting capabilities implied by duties.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate movement of materials from suppliers through the Service Center Network.
• Dispatch service requirements from local pickups through deliveries.
• Act as liaison between dock operations and internal/external customers.
• Track data, input information, and generate reports for customers.
• Prepare inbound and outbound documentation and support planning for outbound volume.
• Perform additional clerical duties as assigned and oversee loading activities as needed.
