Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in office/clerical or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high-volume shipping/receiving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Dynamics AX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling outbound and inbound shipments; update shipment details in the TMS.
• Review shipping notices, bills of lading, tally sheets, orders and related docs.
• Check in drivers and assign dock locations; coordinate with trucking companies as needed.
