Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving is required.
• Dispatch experience in transportation is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and distribute inbound/outbound paperwork via email or hand delivery.
• Schedule inbound and outbound order activities with internal teams and external carriers.
• Manage drivers at entry/exit points and verify paperwork and seals before releasing containers.
• Ensure all documentation is checked, scanned, closed, and properly delivered.
• Handle inbound phone and email communications related to shipping and receiving.
• Complete required UPS/FedEx forms.
• Monitor and secure gate access to the facility.
• Validate container and booking accuracy to ensure correct volumes in and out.
• Conduct and reconcile yard checks as required.
