PSE Group is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily operations. Responsibilities include picking and pulling orders, coordinating outbound shipments, and preparing UPS/FedEx shipments using ComCept software and RF scanners.

The role requires strong organizational skills and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position emphasizes accurate documentation, safe packaging, and timely delivery, with a comprehensive benefits package and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience preparing UPS and FedEx shipments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret pick lists, transfer tickets, packing slips, and shipping instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Pick and pull products to order requirements, pick lists, and shipping instructions.
• Process and coordinate outbound shipments not handled by company carriers, including third party parcel services.
• Prepare, process, label, and ship packages using UPS and FedEx systems and procedures.
• Use ComCept software to process orders, manage inventory transactions, and complete shipping and transfer documents.
• Operate RF scanners to scan, verify, and track products throughout picking and shipping.
• Stage, sort, and organize outbound shipments by carrier, destination, and pickup schedule.
• Palletize, wrap, label, and secure freight for truck pickups.
• Prepare and maintain transfer tickets for inventory movement between locations or departments.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, shipping labels, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain organized shipping records and report shortages or discrepancies.
