QPS Employment Group is assisting a company in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, to hire a Shipping & Receiving Associate on 1st shift with potential to hire. Wage range is $21.00-$24.00/hour, with hours from 6:00am-2:00pm (and 5:00am-3:00pm during busy season).

The role involves accurate data entry, coordinating with trucking firms and customers, material handling, inventory counts, and contributing to safe, organized warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control or material handling.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and verify information using computer systems.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with trucking companies and internal teams.
• Locate, pick, pack, stage, and move materials using material-handling equipment.
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized storage areas and accurate inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts and document inventory accuracy.
• Assist training of new employees and support Warehouse Manager.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
