Job summary

ICP Group is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for our Phoenix, AZ plant. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, printing orders and labels, and ensuring accurate paperwork in a fast-paced logistics environment.

First shift hours are 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday through Friday. You will work with forklifts, maintain records, and assist with inventory using Syspro. A team-driven culture and strong safety practices are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience with a WMS warehouse management system.
• Strong basic math, punctuation, and spelling; good recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Prints orders, pallet stickers, and tags; matches orders and makes appointments.
• Guides loaders and checks trucks, prints Bills of Lading and shipping paperwork.
• Maintains daily Shipping Log and gathers paperwork for corporate.
• Receives materials in Syspro; handles non-stock materials (MROs).
• Performs other duties as required.
