Job summary

ISCO Industries is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to support our distribution network in the United States. You will verify inbound and outbound shipments, prepare items for shipment, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading, using the Transportation Management System to select shipping modes, and using Epicor-Prelude to maintain inventory accuracy. Forklift experience or training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience or able to be trained and certified to operate forklift.
• Prior warehouse, shipping, and/or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload products.
• Verify products received from suppliers against packing lists.
• Store products to the appropriate category shelves.
• Determine the best method of packing products to protect during transit.
• Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) to select the best shipping mode and freight carrier.
• Use the ERP system (Epicor-Prelude) to maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate root causes of problems.
• Make recommendations to improve processes and work environment.
