• Ability to work a 40-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for shipment and verify against invoices.
• Unpack and examine shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages.
• Maintain shipping materials and supplies.
• Communicate with shippers/customers to rectify issues.
• Handle customer service at the counter and over the phone.
• Support EHS goals and keep the work area clean and safe.
