Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Shipping Clerk for 1st shift in Hudson, NH. You will handle shipping, receiving, and materials coordination with ERP familiarity and attention to detail. The role involves international shipments and quality-support tasks, requiring safety practices and 5S discipline.

Provide accurate packing, maintain records, and collaborate across internal teams, carriers, and customers to ensure compliant, timely delivery of high-value parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse shipping/receiving, or quality support.
• Ability to work safely with PPE and site EHS requirements.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform varied physical tasks.
• Export-control requirements may apply for U.S. Person criteria.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, label, and ship customer orders using approved procedures.
• Receive incoming materials, verify packing lists, and complete system transactions.
• Carefully handle and box parts to prevent damage or contamination.
• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and labeling materials.
• Place or request routine supplies and support outside service coordination.
• Create and maintain shipping, receiving, tracking, and documentation records.
• Support international shipments and export documentation as trained.
• Assist Quality with documentation, batch review, and nonconforming material segregation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S practices.
