Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a Bedford, NH manufacturing client to recruit a full-time Shipping & Receiving Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. The role offers 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range of $26-$30/hour.

Responsibilities include preparing domestic and international shipments, creating shipping documents, maintaining inventory accuracy in the ERP system, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring proper receipt of inbound materials while supporting material flow

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Create shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and other required shipping documentation
• Ensure international shipments have the proper customs and export paperwork
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, inspect shipments, and match paperwork against purchase orders
• Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory information into the company ERP system
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and communicate updates to internal teams
• Coordinate with freight carriers, parcel services, and logistics providers
• Package and prepare materials for shipment while ensuring products are properly protected
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies
• Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and other departments to support material flow
• Investigate shipping discrepancies, damaged shipments, and receiving issues
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records
