Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments of finished goods and materials.
• Generate shipping documents including bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and customs paperwork.
• Schedule and coordinate pickups with freight carriers (LTL, FTL, air, sea).
• Verify correct packaging, labeling, and product specifications before dispatch.
• Unload and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Inspect materials for damage, quantity discrepancies, and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP or inventory management systems.
• Track lots, batch codes, and serial numbers for traceability.
• Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and resolve transit delays.
