Job summary

National Dentex Labs is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist for the NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN. The role supports unpacking, data entry, billing, packing, and shipping coordination with local drivers and courier software.

Typical hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM Friday, with occasional changes. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid holidays, PTO, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unpack and sanitize new work following instructions and wear protective gear.
• Enter prescription information via data entry to schedule cases.
• Bill and invoice all finished cases and attach relevant documents.
• Properly pack completed cases and verify consolidation for shipping.
• Maintain UPS and FedEx software usage and ensure database integrity.
• Disburse cases for local drivers and manage shipping boxes inventory.
• Assist with answering incoming calls.

We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Shipping & Receiving Specialist opportunity at NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN.

The regular hours for this position are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Fridays, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position

• Unpacking and sanitizing new work as needed following instruction which includes wearing protective gear
• Sorts and attaches doctor prescriptions
• Enter prescription information via Data Entry to schedule cases
• Responsible for billing and invoicing all finished cases and will sort and attach
• Responsible for properly packing all completed cases
• Responsible for verifying and properly consolidating all cases to prepare for shipping
• Responsible for utilizing UPS and FedEx software and properly maintaining database integrity and account naming procedures
• Disburse cases for local drivers
• Maintain proper level of assembled shipping boxes
• Assist with answering incoming calls

Minimum Education And Experience Required

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
