Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a timely manner.
• Process outgoing calls in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, including shade, material, poor impressions and missing items or information.
• Build solid relationships with staff members in customer offices as well as dental lab.
• Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved.
• Enter/schedule IOS cases.
• Responsible for Pricing.
• Accounts Receivables backup.
• All other duties as assigned.

We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Customer Service Representative opportunity at NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN.

Job Details

The regular hours for this position are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Fridays, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position

• Answer phones in a timely manner
• Process outgoing calls in a timely manner

Minimum Education And Experience Required
