Job summary

ProTrans International Holdings is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist in Eagle Pass to coordinate the movement of materials from suppliers through our Service Center Network. You will handle scheduling, dispatch, and documentation to ensure accurate inbound and outbound flow.

The role requires liaison between dock operations and customers, data entry, reporting, and basic clerical support. Experience with inventory or order processing systems is a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of database software and inventory systems.
• Familiarity with order processing and spreadsheet tools.
• Experience with word processing and internet software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch service requirements from pickups through deliveries.
• Act as liaison between dock operations and customers.
• Track data, input information, and report to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare inbound/outbound documentation and perform clerical duties as assigned.
• Provide docking and shipping support, including validation of materials.

Schedule:

Week #1 Monday - Friday 9-5, Sat 9-2

SUMMARY

This position coordinates the movement of customer's materials from suppliers through our Service Center Network.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Coordinates, schedules, and dispatches of all service requirements from local pickups through deliveries.
• Must be direct liaison between dock operations and internal / external customer
• Responsible for tracking, data input, and reporting of information to external and internal customers
• Responsible for inter-company and intra-company communication.
• Works with planning group on coordinating facility out bound volume
• Provides customer service to internal and external customers
• Prepare all inbound and outbound documentation
• Additional clerical duties as assigned
• Validation and verification of materials on dock to include labeling, pulling packing slips, moving boxes, opening boxes
• Generate reports providing Dock Coordinator’s with the critical shipping information
• This job may require overseeing of loading activities (varies by center).
