Job summary

NSI Industries seeks a Warehouse Specialist to operate in Odessa, FL on 1st shift (6:30am-2:30pm). You will handle shipping/receiving, documentation, labeling, and coordination with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a HS diploma and 3–5 years of shipping/receiving experience, forklift certification, and proficiency with warehouse systems and software. Training and mentoring of team members are included.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse operations.
• Ability to read and write English; interpret shipping docs (POs, Work Orders, etc.).
• Forklift trained and certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping/receiving operations and documentation.
• Pack/unpack orders and maintain department schedule.
• Create shipping labels and verify shipments vs invoices.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to solve routing issues.
• Train and mentor shipping team on procedures and processes.
• Ensure shipping area is clean and organized.
