NSI Industries seeks a Warehouse Clerk to efficiently manage receiving and scheduling shipping operations, develop knowledge of warehouse layout, and prepare accurate shipping documentation. Work with the shipping and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires forklift and scanner experience, strong math skills, attention to detail, and a proven safety record.Responsibilities include packing, labeling, and maintaining records while supporting overall warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience with picking and packing duties.
• Strong basic math skills and counting accuracy.
• Proven safety performance track record.
• Ability to take initiative and organize own work independently.

Responsibilities

• Pack and unpack orders while keeping to the department schedule.
• Use warehouse systems and technology to locate and gather stock.
• Create shipping labels and manage shipping information.
• Communicate with shipping personnel about organization practices.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Keep organized shipping records (origin, costs, dates).
• Collaborate with shipping and sales teams to complete orders on time.
• Place received goods in proper locations and sign for shipments.
• Load/unload packages from incoming trucks and inspect contents.
• Verify orders against invoices for quantity, quality, and price.
