Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years in shipping/receiving, warehouse, logistics, or distribution.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping operations to ensure accurate, on-time orders and proper documentation.
• Oversee receiving operations including verification against POs and inspection of goods.
• Maintain inventory movement and accurate receiving/shipping records.
• Supervise, coach, schedule, and evaluate shipping and receiving staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of equipment; promote a safety-first culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Production, and other departments to ensure material flow.
