Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking production/warehouse personnel at our Lexington, TN location. Base pay starts at $18.25 per hour and includes opportunities for overtime, safety training, and comprehensive benefits.

You will read production orders, monitor quality, operate equipment, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily performance targets. The role requires standing most of the shift, handling materials, and working in varying outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Reads and understands production orders.
• Maintains safety and quality standards.
• Uses basic computer tools (email, word, excel).
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and operate hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Core Values and Safe Work environment.
• Read and understand a production order.
• Meet productivity requirements and quality standards.
• Document materials produced and use crane as needed.
• Communicate with team, supervisor and management.
• Maintain promotability to Operator levels.
• Stand/walk 8–12 hours daily.
• Climb on/off equipment and ladders as needed.
• Work under varying outdoor conditions.
